the Price of General Legal Services

I signed up with a law firm that I pay $17 month for unlimted access to a lawayer. They help with small legal issues, like landlord problems. I found this service online just doing a random search for legal advice.

I hastely signed up for this service to help me with a landlord problem I had. I really did not bother to do much reserch on the service before giving my credit card info and having to pay $17 a month for god only knows how long. I received a packet in the mail with phone numbers and various information on the company. I think in general this service COULD be a good thing however it is very hard to get a hold of people.I had e-mailed the VP about how to cancel this service because I wasn't exactly sure I wanted to go through all this and never received a response. I have gotten an automated message from them once on my voicemail but never a real person. I have only talked to a real person one time, and that was when the VP called me to explain what the company offered. I should have known then not to go through with this, he seemed more concerned with just getting me to sign up then actually helping me with my legal problem.

Check things out before you give out credit card info! Make sure you know that you can cancel at any time if you are not happy.
