Overall the service has been great, we have only had the thatching and aeriating performed (as well as the initial mowing of the yard). The crew that works on it seems to be very professional and very well trained as well. They work well as a team and it takes them less than thirty minutes to get their work done. The equipment is well maintained and seems to be running very effectively. Also the lawnscaping crew instructed us on how to maintain the yard, as far as a regular watering schedule and which brands of fertilizer should not be used in our local area. This wasn't a complete surprise as some of the (national) brands available have caused mushrooms in our front yard (which is completely lite - no shade at all). For the price I couldn't afford to do it myself.

Many times neighbors are having their yard done, you can literally see which crews are working out the best in your neighborhood. If you see a crew that is working well ask the neighbor how much the service is costing, then approach the lawnscaping crew to see if their service fits for you.
