Description of service
I took a Yoga class that was for all females. Each class was based on different poses and different parts of the body. There were 10 classes in all, spread out over five weeks.
Review of Service
I enjoyed the fact that each of the classes were unique, and that it was an all female class. The room wasn't so small that you felt like you were stepping on your neighbors feet, but it wasn't so big that it didn't feel like you were never going to get help if you had any questions. The instructor was great with making sure any questions the class had were answered, and she took the time to help with poses if it was needed. I didn't go to the class dreading the class which was important to me.
Tips
Spend time finding a facility you would be comfortable at. If you are want to take a class that is co-ed there are many classes that work with co-ed, but if you will be more comfortable with a class set up for just males, or females, there are also class that are made that way.
If you are a beginner, don't take a class that is too advanced, you don't want to injure yourself, and you also want to make sure you are able to enjoy yourself.Don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for help if you need it, it will make class just that much more enjoyable
