the Price of Yoga Classes

The yoga mat was $3 to rent each time. You could also decide to purchase one from the studio for $55 which I opted to do. I was able to attend any class I liked for a whole month. I went 3 times a week and it was worth it. There was also a $1 fee to rent a towel each session. I brought one from home. I wanted to get familiar with yoga by a professional to continue my own independent sessions at home (for free). The lessons I learned were invaluable. I was taught proper breathing exercies. I learned how to clear my mind and meditate. I also learned how to perform each stance professionally.

I believe the quility was above what I expected. The employees and owners were very passionate about what they do and they wanted everyone else to be passionate as well. They were patient and kind and took the time to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The classes were very well organized and not too many people attended. It was spiritually awakening due to the outline of the enviornment. I feel as if the price was a tad bit expensive but if you utilized all of the available classes, you can get your monies worth.

I would suggest taking the $19 individual class prior to signing up for anything more lenghty to make sure you are comfortable with everything.
