We live in 32 year old home and the air conditioning unit was 22 years old. It would run but the air was not even as cool as outside the house. He gave us an estimate for parts and labor for a new sealed unit and that would also include his house call for the inspection of the old unit. It also included removal and disposal of the old unit.

After making a few calls to other dealers, we decided that he offered the best price for removal, installation and timeliness. The service was good and he and a helper were able to complete the entire job in about nine hours.

They were very careful and did not damage anything inside or outside the house. We had no complaints with the service and they completely tested the entire unit. Based on all the work and the quality of the new unit I feel it was a good price.

Homeowners have to be prepared for appliances to break in a home,especially an older home. It is important to maintain items in the home and to keep on top of even the minor problems that require fixing. Change filters in heating and AC units on a regular basis. Clean drains in all sinks, showers, and tubs. A little preventive maintenance can result in big dollar savings.
