I needed my central air conditioning unit replaced in my two story 2100 square foot home. I wanted a unit that had a reputable name and came with at least a five year warranty. I also needed the old unit to be taken out and hauled away for me.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved. After calling several companies I know tht I got a good price. The installation was completed in one day and it was the same day that I was promised. There were no hidden costs and the installers actually worked through their lunch hour to get the job done since the unit is not in a very accessable spot. I received the five year warranty that I had wanted and have had no problems so far with my air conditioning. The company even called me a couple months after the installation to see if I was completely satisfied.

Make sure you get several estimates prior to signing a contract. I had four different companies come out and give me free estimates and the highest was slightly more than one thousand dollars higher than I ended up paying. Also be sure to ask for an energy efficient unit. Although this unit will cost you a little more up front it typically pays for itself within a few years.
