The system only needed to cool a 500 square foot apartment. This installation also came with a 24 hour support program for a year, which was essential in the hot and humid climate of Kansas.

The unit was brought from out of the area, and installed without me having to be there. The only reason that I needed to be there was after the installation so that they could do the testing of the unit to ensure that it worked once they had installed it outside of the apartment and had it been fully charged. The system worked great and has worked great ever since it was installed, the installation was extremely professional and efficient. Overall I was very impressed with the service and installation, of course after taking about a week to get the unit and suffering in the sweltering heat any service was great.

Have a back up plan to keep cool, if you should have a need to. The neighbors were kind enough to have me over long enough during the day to keep cool, and there was alot of time spent in my car even though the cost of gas was pretty high. Either way it is important to keep cool.
