I had my annual motorcycle maintenance check done, which at this time was at the 10,000 mile mark so I had to have oil changed, fluids checked, air pressure and brakes checked. I was able to drop it off and they had it ready for me the next day.

They didn't have a breakdown of what each service was they based it on modular pricing, where they had a package for just oil change, package for spring service, package for 5,000 mile checkup and 10,000 mile checkup and just listed all the services that were included in each package for one price.

I thought that the service was excellent. The work was done fast, was done when I was told it would be done, no hidden costs and they also detailed my bike which was great. They really try hard to get you to come back they have gracious, courteous and knowledgeable staff and I must say they have a customer for life.

I recommend the option of purchasing "pre-paid" maintenance plans at the time of purchasing your motorcycle. Depending upon what needs to be done, motorcycle maintenance can be quite expensive. Not only do you have no "out-of-pocket" expense if prepaid, you also get the service at that going price. So if you have a 3 year prepaid maintenance package you paid them to do the service at prior years prices and we all know in this economy prices are not going down.
