the Cost of a Motorcycle Tune Up

After my husband bought a motorcycle for his commute to work every day, I decided that maybe I would like to have one too. We bought a used Yamaha from a private seller in a nearby town and promptly took it to the same individual who fixed my husband's motorcycle not too long ago just for a preventative checkup. The $100 was well spent on a thorough maintenance checkup.

I was very pleased with how quickly the gentleman was able to work us in. We called him as soon as we bought the bike and were told to bring it out to his home. We left the bike, went shopping and were called about 2 hours later with the news that the bike was ready. He had changed the oil, replaced the spark plug, checked the fluids, as well as checked the condition of the tires and brakes.

Overall, the service was extremely quick and efficient and we were on our way home with the satisfaction of knowing that my newly purchased bike should be trouble free from the beginning.

Always compare the price charged with the work done. We could've gotten the work done cheaper, but it would've taken longer and they wouldn't have checked as many things on the motorcycle.
