Description of service

Since I have a chronic eye disease, I have to schedule an appointment at least each 6 months to evaluate the disease progression. I always attend the same doctor, since he already knows my case and I'm really happy with his service.

Review of Service

Every 6 months I need to schedule an appointment with my ophthalmologist so he can evaluate the evolution of my disease. I normally pick up the phone and schedule the appointment with the nurse. On the day of the schedule, I always receive a call confirming that I'm going there. When I arrive there, the technician always takes me to a machine and takes some measures of my eyes.

When I get to see the doctor, he is always very nice, talking a lot and always trying to arrange the best solution for my case. He always explains everything and answers all my questions.

Once, I even got some problems with my glasses and needed to replace them on a weekend. I called him, explained the situation and he managed to work a solution, so that I could have a new pair of glasses and work out the problem.

Tips

Choosing a doctor is a very important step. You should always consider the specialty you are looking for, the agreement he or she has with your insurance company and how does he works.
