Description of service
My wife had to have her hair done for a wedding. The bride wanted everyone in the bridal party to have the exact same hair. The cost was $45 per person and the bride paid for it. All of the bridesmaids had longish hair. The style was a french braid going from the forehead to the nape of the neck diagonally. The hair was braided with satin ribbons in red and green and white to match the Christmas theme of the wedding. At the base of the braid, the ribbons all came together to form a bun like appearance around the remaining hair with extra ribbon tendrils going over the girls' shoulders.
Review of Service
I just sat and watched but could tell that these hair dressers knew what they were doing. There were two ladies working on the 6 girls. It took about 2 hours to get all six girls done. The bride was SO happy with the end results and everyone's hair looked so good. The braids were tight and you could not tell where the ribbons started within the braids. It was gorgeous work.
Tips
My wife told me that it was a little painful to have this done. She said in order for the braids to be tight like that, the hairdressers had to pull and tug a lot on her hair and work it firmly. Other than that, she said she was happy with it all. I would definitely suggest something like this for any wedding or special occasion. It was so pretty. It was definitely worth the cost too, even the bride said so.
