the Price of Hair Braiding

I bought the hair at a local store that charged a reasonable price for hair. I had to buy 11 to 12 packs of hair for the length that I was going with. I wanted my hair to be longer due to I have short hair. I came to the location and another person was getting their hair finished when I arrived. I was greeted by the stylist he we talked about what kind of braids I wanted and if I wanted something special done to my hair. I told him I was just tired of doing my hair in the morning and wanted to look nice for thanksgiving. He said I think micros would look nice and accent my facial features. I agreed and he advised me of the price of the braids that he suggested and how much hair would be if I needed to buy any but I already had my hair. The stylist advised that payment would not be due until he was done. After finishing the other persons hair he escorted me to the chair to start my hair. My hair was washed and dried before starting my hair. The total time for my hair to be done took about 1-2 hours but due to me not having enough hair that day I had to come back at a later day to finish. I never left a salon without my hair being completely done but he made it look like my hair was complete. I came back the day after thanksgiving and my hair was finished withing 30 minutes. It was a great experience altogether.

I would like to say first I do not let may people do my hair so to put my hair in the hands of a person only going off of what I heard was a little scary. I came there the day before thanksgiving and keep in mind I had not gone shopping for any food yet. I came there in the evening after buying the hair needed for my hair. I got micro braids put in the only reason I did not finish that same day was due to I did not bring enough hair. The stylist was still able to make it look great even though I did not bring enough hair. Then later that day when I went into work I got so many compliments on my hair even with it not being finished. Once I got it all finished the day after thanksgiving I was able to let the hair down and I got even more compliments. I even gave out the stylist name and information so that an employee at where I worked at could get her hair done. I would recommend this stylist to anyone that is looking to get their hair done in the Harrisburg area.

I would advise if you are looking to get your hair braided to plan for it ahead of time. If I had planned and researched earlier I would have had my hair braided by this stylist all the time. Also ask around about the stylist you pick see if anyone else has had their hair done by the person. Also contact the stylist to ask how much hair you will need for the style you want. I know some salons provide hair but if you have already bought hair and want to use that hair consult with your stylist. I have found that many stylist know of where you can get a better discount on hair. I would say to also follow the advise of your stylist. They do this for a living and they know best. If you feel at any time the the style is not going the way you want it to go do not be afraid to speak up. So in conclusion research for quotes, get reviews from other people that have had their hair done at the salon and buy enough products for your hair for the style you are thinking about getting done to your hair.
