Description of service
The carpet installation service was offered by a major home improvement store. The offer was 99 dollars for one room or approx 150 for more than one room up to an entire house. I had to purchase the carpet thru the major home improvement store and have the carpet installed by the major home improvement store's approved local installer.
Review of Service
I was very happy with the quality of the carpet installation. The guys who did the carpet installation were very nice and very professional. They did not waste any time and were clearly skilled at what they were doing and knew exactly what they were doing.
What I was not happy about was the amount of time it took to schedule the date of the installation. The major home improvement store promised that the installation would be done 7 to 10 days after purchase. The installation of my carpet took place over a month later. If I had gone with a regular carpeting company I could have it installed and completed in days but the price would have been through the roof.
Tips
Be prepared to be patient for your carpet installation as the low price you are paying for the carpet installation can cause you to wait an extended length of time to get the installation scheduled.
