Description of service
This was the price for carpeting, carpet padding, and installation of both for 3 rooms. Each of the rooms is approximately 15 feet by 20 feet, and each has one closet. This price did not include the tear up and removal of the old carpet or padding.
Review of Service
Quality of service was average when the carpet got installed. However, do to issues with the warehouse it was over a month in between the tear up of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet. Also, the crew failed to discard of the old carpet when it was torn up and instead left it in our house. The installation crew refused to discard of it as they did not believe it was their job, so it took another month of calling the company before someone came by to pick up and discard of the old carpeting. The company refused to take anything off of the installation or tear up price for these issues.
Tips
Check into different companies for pricing, types of carpet, and estimates. One thing that I failed to do, but would recommend to others is to get reviews of different companies from others who have recently had flooring installed.
