the Price of Cat Grooming

I had a cat show coming up and I needed my cat bathed. Since he's 15 lbs of all muscle sometimes its hard to get him really clean without him jumping out of the tub. So I run to a small groomer to see if maybe its cheaper or easier AND faster on me. I drop the cat off and in a matter of hours I come back. My black cat was mad and filmy looking. He still had soap on him and not bathed properly. He felt slimy to the touch and even after he was completely dried he was VERY oily. I told the guy in charge but because I was in a hurry I paid anyway and the only reason I took my cat to this groomer was because the guy who bathed him worked elsewhere that he had worked (and he has seen my cat grow up from kitten to adult). I was disapointed he couldn't do a well enough job and needless to say I would NEVER go back to him

The service was bad. I came back to a slimy, oily, greasy black cat that I needed bathed for the next day. The cat show I was entering my cat in needed to be cleaned so regardless I tried to bathe the cat at home. I paid for the service anyway just so there were no problems in future with this guy.

I know people go to other people's services because they know the person. But the only thing I fear now is how well a job these people really do! Its one thing talking to them on the street but then when you see their low average performance it kinda scares out that they bragged and boasted more then doing the task at hand like they promised!

Becareful who you associate when doing work as far as friends and business partners.
