Description of service
This is the price we paid to send our four year old to a private, christian preschool. The cost included all fees associated with the school except for extras like field trips, parties, and supplies from the teacher's wish list. Almost all school supplies were provided by the school. The hours were from 8:00 to 12:30, Monday thru Friday. We did have to bring lunch and the school provided a daily snack. There were a total of ten children in his preschool class. Their day was very structured and included reading time, numbers, writing, character trait of the week, and bible verse of the week. The class also participated in a weekly science project.
Review of Service
When my child began kindergarten, he was more than prepared because of this preschool. All of the children were able to read on at least a kindergarten level by the time they started kindergarten. His teacher was amazing and really got the kids excited about learning. Compared to other similar preschools, I believe this was a reasonable price.
Tips
Research and visit preschools in your area to find one that is a good fit for your child. I think the most important thing is that the child develops a love of learning; at this age, learning should be fun!
