My roof was damaged during a hail storm and it was determined that it needed to be completely reshingled. It also included removal of all existing shingles, the rental and delivery of the large construction garbage bin, and the warranty on the work for 10 years. The entire project took about 2 full weeks because the contractor and his team took their time to do it right.

I was very satisfied with the roofing service. As a normal homeowner, I did not know anything about shingles, drainage and the other factors that impact the quality and look of a roof. I was kept informed throughout the process and was involved in the decision regarding color, thickness and type of shingles used. The project turned out very well and the new roof looks great. There was no damage to any other parts of the house by the roofing crew and they were professional and left my property looking in good shape.

The tips I would suggest would be to understand the types of shingles and the quality of different thicknesses. There is a small drop in quality when you use tiles that are less thickness, but the price difference can be pretty significant. Also, be sure to get some of the leftover tiles at the end of the project so that you have them in case you lose a few from the roof and need to make a minor repair in the future.
