I would advise anyone that is in need of a lawyer, to call around to several different ones, asking many questions including how much they charge, and what type of service that that will cover. It is always a good idea to check out their credentials too. It is also a good idea to ask them their opinion of the outcome that they are expecting. It is always a good idea to ask about payment plans, some lawyers will offer a payment plan, and some just don't.
