Description of service

My son had gotten into some trouble and was put into jail for automobile theft. Since it was his girlfriend's car (she was mad at him and thought this would be a good way to get even) we hired a criminal defense lawyer to help him fight his case. After all was said and done (she didn't even show up to court) we paid the lawyer $1500. My son was aquitted of all charges.

Review of Service

The lawyer was fine, but I don't think we needed him since the defendant didn't even show up for court. The lawyer did spend some time getting all the paper work together, and pleaded a case but my son's charge was dropped because of the controversy. The lawyer was very nice, and very helpful. He billed us through the mail but did say we could pay in one lump sum, or in small payments - whatever was good for our budget. I feel we overpaid a little for what was done, but we did get good service with results that we wanted.
