Description of service
I got 2 reams of custom letter head made. I had an existing logo but our company had recently added a partner. We had paid quite a bit for the graphic design element and only wanted the additional name added. The printing company added the additional name and re-sized the logo. They then added it our letterhead and printed two reams.
Review of Service
The experience overall was great. They did a great job resizing and editing the logo. However, it turns out the original font on the logo was in an non-standard font. Because they couldn't match it they used a similar font. We didn't notice this in the proofing process but when compared to our business cards and other company stationary there is a slight difference. The price and service were good enough though that we are very happy with this company and would definitely use them again. We were under a deadline and we received both reams the next day - they even offered delivery for an additional fee.
Tips
Be sure to check your proof out before you pay anything or let them go on to print all the letter head out. If there are any problems, this is the time to catch it.
