In setting up my new online business, I still wanted to have a complete stationary set for my more official correspondence. $500 bought me 2 boxes of letterhead, 2 boxes of envelopes and 500 business card.
Review of Service
I used a nearby newspaper to order all of my supplies. They had my logo, font and other information on file from running ads with them, so I didn't have to mess with emailing all of that information back and forth. I was called when they had my products "mocked up" to be printed, and was able to go in then to proof everything before the actual printing was done.
Luckily, I discovered the typos in my phone number before I ended up with a ton of stationary that I couldn't use unless I marked through the phone number.
Tips
If you've run an ad in the newspaper, they can probably either order or print on site all of the items you need. If you still prefer to use somewhere else, you can still ask for the newspaper to email your information in a pdf or other acceptable format to either you or the other company. Sometimes they may charge for this, but the cost is very minimal.
