the Price of Violin Lessons

My daughter started school in August and they just started a new program in this year for the 5th and 6th graders and it is free. They allow students who want to take a introduction to music class every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 2:25 PM. The students each get a violin that must stay at school. This is because it is school property but no other student is allowed to use another students violin. It has been less then a month and my daughter had already learned to play two different songs. The music teacher is hoping to put on a Christmas musical with the students this year.

This had been a great year so far for my daughter. She loves going to music class and is always talking about what she learned and what she can do. The teacher is very nice and would like to allow the students to bring home their violins so they are able to show the parents what they have learned but that is why she will be putting on a Christmas show.

Any activity offered by the school is a great one and if it is free it will not cost you anything. All parents should allow their child to try everything offered to them. If your school does not offer classes you make look in your phone book or online for a studio that teaches violin lessons.
