The total costs to have four meals delivered was $36.00. It costs $17.99 for two 8 ounce chicken tip dinners with two sides and bread, $5.28 for one cheeseburger combo (included fries and drink), $5.28 for one chicken sandwich combo (included fries and drink), $2.00 for delivery charge, $2.75 for tax, and $2.70 for tip.
Review of Service
We went on a weekend trip to the US Space and Rocket Center with our three children (ages 2,4, and 6). After spending the entire day out, the children were tired. We decided to have food delivered to our hotel room, rather than eating in a restaurant. There was a coupon book with offers for a local steak delivery restaurant. The food and service was actually good. The food came quick and was hot when we received it. Also, the portions of food were large. The price to feed a family of five was also reasonable.
Tips
when I am on vacation, I usually like to try new restaurants instead of having food delivered. But, if you've already had a busy day with small children, it is sometimes better not to go out to eat. You won't be able to enjoy your meal if the children are irritable and fussy.
