Description of service
I ordered a steak burrito and steak quesadilla. The food cost $10. The delivery charge was $2.25 and I tipped $2.75 for a total of $15.00.
Review of Service
The delivery was very fast, within 25 minutes. The food, however, wasn't great. The cheese in the steak quesadilla wasn't melted at all except right around where the meat was. I called to complain and they offered me a credit on my next order. However, that didn't help me the night I wanted my food! I ended up having to microwave it which made it soggy instead of crispy. They did include a lot of red salsa and green salsa and a side of sour cream. They also followed my instructions as to what not to add to the burrito. The person taking the order over the phone was very nice and the delivery person was fine. He didn't speak very good English so that was a little bit of a problem but we got through it.
Tips
You should find out what the policy of the store delivering is as far as food not being good - if they will bring you a new order out or if they will make you wait for next time.
