Description of service
We had a full rib dinner delivered for two people. It included a full rack of ribs, two sides (we got mashed potatoes and french fries) 2 cans of soda and 2 desserts (we got one piece each of chocolate cake and apple pie). It included delivery and silverware / napkins. They were generous with condiments and included extra BBQ sauce for the ribs. The food came to around $25.00. The delivery fee was $7.95. The remainder of the $45.00 total was in tax and tip.
Review of Service
The service was definitely very fast. We ordered at around 1 p.m. and the food was at our house about 15 minutes before the hour they estimated. The sauce on the ribs was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly. The only issue we had with the ribs was temperature. I guess it just goes with getting delivery but they did need to be reheated even though we ate as soon as they got to us. The fries were pretty soggy. The potatoes and desserts were both excellent. The people on the phone who took our order were very professional and patient while my wife and I discussed the options for sides and made our decisions. The delivery person was professional and friendy but there was a language barrier that made the transaction a little more difficult than need be.
Tips
Definitely a great idea for a day you're feeling lazy and don't want to go out but I wouldn't recommend ordering fries or anything else that you would want to show up crispy.
