Description of service

I paid $200 for a on time consultation with a nutritionist who promised to have good, specific advice for diabetics.

Review of Service

This was awful! First of all, the nutritionist did not mention that it was actually a class with 10 other people. The nutritionist basically just got up and lectured us on a product he was selling. The product had not been approved by the FDA and when I looked into it further once I got home it is considered to possibly be very dangerous! Second of all, there was absolutely no personalized attention. There wasn't even a questionaire to fill out about your nutritional needs. I was promised a diabetic specific consultation but the only mention to diabetes during the 'class' was when it was included in a list of diseases this product would help control. I did try to get my money back but had signed a contract stating that I would not attempt to get my money back.

Tips

Do your research! I went with this option only because my doctor recommended I get some nutritional advice when he diagnosed me with diabetes. I didn't know where to start but this program claimed to be what I wanted and I thought it was a good price.
