$60 will get you about 70 channels of premium digital cable. It also include all local networks as well as several cable access channels. So those 6 or 7 channels makes the 70 channels into about 60 channels that you might actually watch. There was also a $20 fee to get the cable box installed. Beyond that it's just $60/month
Review of Service
Customer Service is typically fairly quick. Except in the fall when I had an important question and the local university students were moving in so the cable company was really busy trying to get all the kids cable hooked up. I waited about one hour and never got an answer. However every other time that I have tried calling customer support I have been greeted by a friendly operator who answered my questions swiftly. So as long as it isn't busy for the company you should be ok.
Tips
Cable is very expensive and not always the greatest of quality. I recommend trying to get an introductory rate that typically will be about half the cost of the typical monthly fee. Of course it will be a shock when it jumps back up to the $60/month. However if you want cable you're kind of out of luck and just have to deal with the fact that cable is expensive.
