I pay $59 plus tax a month for digital cable. This cable package includes over two hundred channels. Some of the channels include: Three different MTV channels, SPIKE, TBS, TruTV, Military, and so much more. There are some free on demand programs. There is also an option to buy pay-per-view movies and events. There is a whole line up of music channels as well.
Review of Service
The service is on and working most of the time. It's not a bad price for the service provided. There is a good amount of different shows to entertain my whole family. Sometimes I have experienced problems with on demand shows. There is an error message that says to check back in five minutes. Most of the time the problem is not resolved in that timeframe. It will give you the same error message a few times before it works again. Once in awhile I have even had to unplug and reset the whole cable box. The good thing is that this does not happen too much. One thing I also experienced was an issue with the customer service. They can't get my name right. I have told them my last name correctly spelled and it still comes up wrong on the bill. They have some work to do with their online billing page. Sometimes the amounts charged or credited is not accurate. This is problem seems to be just web based. When I call and talk to them, the amounts are accurate.
Tips
Sometimes you can get a better rate if you combine the cable tv with phone or internet. I would ask for all the price options. Also make sure all the billing information is correct.
