Description of service
Until last year, we had DSL internet packaged with our cable and phone service. The cost of installation for the DSL AND cable was $30. They put in only one line for the internet, but I think they would have done more lines if I had had more computers at the time. They did a cable line for each of our televisions (3), so I believe they would do up to that many at least for the dsl lines. They have come to check on the lines a few times, and always it has been no charge.
Review of Service
We were pretty pleased with the customer service, at the time, but the actual internet and cable seemed to go out a lot. We have since switched to cable and have not had this happen but maybe once in the last year. With DSL it was a much more common occurance.
Tips
If you are planning on purchasing another computer and/or TV very soon, consider waiting until you get them to have your service installed - that way you get the extra installations for free. Otherwise, you have to pay the $30 for the additional lines if you wait until after the initial install. Also, shop around! There are always deals happening.
