Description of service
Our work vehicle had quit working. The electrical components had stopped all together. We had to take it to a auto diagnostics shop to figure out what was going on with it. The mechanic told us that it would be 300.00 just to hook a computer up to it to figure out what was going on with it. He hooked it to a machine and initially thought that a sensor had went out. He replaced the sensor and then we went to pick up the car and it still did not work correctly. Well after 1200.00 later, they finally figured out that something in the transmission went bad and that it would have to be taken to a transmission shop to be fixed.
Review of Service
The service was not all bad. I wish that they could have cut us a little slack on the price due to the fact that we had to keep it in there for so long but all in all everything that was wrong electrical wise got fixed. The place was a pretty decent place, fast service and they explained to us, in English not in mechanic terms what was wrong with our van. I enjoyed the shop and would go there again if I had any electrical problem.
