Description of service
I recently tried a free trial of an online DVD rental system. I'm in love!! For the exceptionally low price of $12.99, I get 3 DVDs at a time, and can keep them as long as I want. I can send back one at a time, or all three, and every time they receive a returned movie, they send out another next day! This super low price even includes shipping, which I'm sure can get pricey, as they send out each DVD separately just to make shipping quicker.
Review of Service
The quality of service is absolutely amazing, with top notch customer service. I once received the wrong DVD in the right sleeve, and I contacted the company, and they sent out the correct DVD the very next day- without even receiving the wrong one back!!! The rental price includes the shipping costs, and it sounds expensive compared to regular rental stores- but then you realize that you get to keep the DVDs for an unlimited amount of time as opposed to one or two nights!
Tips
Price research!! Some companies charge an ok rate, but they don't have unlimited use of the DVDs. Others offer great gimmicks, like exchanges, but in the end limit the amount of movies you can have. It's definitely worth it when you find the right service!!
