Description of service
The fee for my rental service is around $20 monthly, allowing 3 rentals out at time for an unlimited rental period. After you send the movies back or bring them to the local brick and mortar store, a new one is sent or you can pick one off a shelf as well. The ability to instantly get a new movie is extremely convenient as well, and I use this feature constantly. They have interactive online help and if you have a problem you go online and enter it and a solution is resolved. You also get a few monthly in store and game rentals too, which is great for the kids.
Review of Service
The service is great and I have never had any major problems with the service. Once, I got a DVD that would not play in my player due to scratching, and I went online to the help section and they took it out of my queue and offered to send another one or ship the next movie in my queue. It was quick, painless, and provided no extra need for follow up or calling a customer service rep.
Tips
Make sure when selecting a service you choose one with local support and availability. It make everything so much quicker and easier.
