the Price of Online DVD Rentals

I paid around $25 for monthly online DVD rental service. This price includes tax. I was allowed to rent up to three DVDs at a time. They didn't have any late fees or due dates and there was a wide selection to choose from. I made a list of movies I wanted to see and they were mailed to me in that order. It took around three days for the DVDs to arrive in my mailbox and I returned them in the postage paid envelope that was provided with the DVD.

I only paid for the service for one month after the two week free trial. I wasn't happy with how long it took for the DVDs to get from the company to my house. It also took three days for them to credit my account after I returned a DVD so it would take a long time to get another one on my list. I also had a mix up with the company because they sent me a different title than I requested on a Friday. I couldn't call them up because their hotline was already closed and they didn't respond to my e-mails until the next Tuesday. It took a week to get that DVD replaced and I was furious.

If you really want to get the full benefits of an online DVD rental company than I suggest you drop off your DVDs at the post office in order to get another DVD quickly. Make sure to keep track of the automatic pay features on some of these sites. Some of them will automatically authorize your credit card. Also watch out for multiple charges.
