Description of service
I paid to have my right front passenger window replaced. The total cost was $120.00, it included a mobile service call (they came to me), a new window installed by a technician, who also cleaned a lot of the broken glass out of my car for me too.
Review of Service
It was actually pretty good, they were running late but they called to let me know. It was done quickly, and cleanly. The tech even gave me some tips on how to avoid being robbed this way again (a smash and grab for my window mounted GPS). He was friendly and answered any questions I had. He also knew what he was doing which is nice, they really sent a professional. Before the work was done I was given a summery of what he would do and the cost to sign off on which alleviates overcharging. Everything in my truck was put back right where it belonged, he even washed the window so I had no finger prints on it.
Tips
Don't just stop at the first call, really shop around the price ranges a lot. Some places, such as this, do free mobile service so you don't need to drive around without a window. Go with a company that has some experience in the field, you don't want a leaky window or a blow out. You also don't want them to damage the interior or the electronics in your door.
