Called a national glass company to replace my drivers side front window after a car break in scenario.
Review of Service
I had a theft attempt of my stereo in my 2006 Toyota Camry. The thief did not make off with my equipment but left my front drivers side window shattered. Called the glass company and the service appointment was set for before noon. Repair person showed up about a half hour before designated time. I gave my make, model and window information over the telephone. Repair man showed up with all of the necessary items. Repair last about a half hour. Repair person was very attentive and seemed to be very experienced. Repair person used a sweeper vac to clean up all of the glass particles. After about a half hour he was complete with the installation and the clean up of the inside of my vehicle. He gave me a card for any future service or issues with the repair. I will recommend this company to my friends. Very pleased with the service.
Tips
Shop around. Prices seem to differ for various reasons. Also determine if you really need mobile repair. I called various places and the price differed with each company. Also, in a emergency the mobile service companies are prompt but charge a higher rate then shop that you would drop off your vehicle
