Description of service
I was on an accident with my bike and had to repair the front tire and part of the wheel that was damaged. Total cost was $200.00 including a $25.00 tire tube.
Review of Service
Well as some may already see that my bike repair was expensive, but the bike I repaired cost me $5,000 dollars and it was barely 6 months old. Most of the expensive bikes have all original expensive parts so when I got into the accident I decided to take the bike to where I purchased it. I did not have many choices since it is quite a small town and this might have been the only bike shop in miles. The service was fantastic, as soon as I got there I came across the bike shop owner who had actually sold me the bike months earlier. He got his employees working on my bike as soon as I got there, I did not have to leave my bike overnight or anything like that. He had all the parts available that I needed at that time and he suggested I changed my tire tube and take one spare with me at all times. All the work done to my bike took about 45 minutes and I waited right there at the store. At the end the total price included labor, oil, parts (brake cables, pins) and two brand new tire tubes (which he only charged me for one).
Tips
The best is to go where you actually purchased the bike. Get to know the people at the bike shop, especially the owner if you have the chance. When you make an expensive purchase like mine make sure you remind them of how much you paid for the bike in order for them to find the best deal possible for you.
