Description of service
The service was great and best of all it was affordable. I went riding with friends and they like to ride hard, so I ended up bending the wheel while trying to hop a curb. The wheel was at a 90 degree angle, it was basically totalled. I took it to this shop and the people were helpful. They not only attempted to fix the wheel, but when they decided it couldn't be fixed, they replaced it and charged me only a fraction of the cost of the wheel. Best of all, that is their normal practice. They have quality for a whole lot less.
After attempting to fix a wheel, then finding a replacement, putting it on the bike, and testing it for quality, they only charged me thirty dollars. Great work.
Review of Service
The work was excellent and the customer service couldn't have been better. I have been to shops where the people look at you funny, and ask you in a rude way "How did you do this to this bike?"
Great staff, and great service.
Tips
Always shop around and never get lost in fancy terminology. After all, it is a bike and at the end of the day, you know what seems fair to repair it.
