the Cost of Bicycle Repair

I recently had a small accident with my bike, when I hit a hole in the street. The bicycle was damaged: the front tire just blew, the wheel was all not so round anymore and the front brakes broke.

Because I usually go to school riding a bike, I recently had an accident with it. There was a street hole that I avoid everyday, but in that day, I completely forgot. I just ran into the hole. The result was that I blew up the tire of my bike, the front wheel was not round anymore and the brakes also were teared apart. So, I went for a repair shop in the neighborhood. When I got there, I actually thought It was going to be very expensive.

On the contrary, the guy that was in that little shop was very friendly and told me that he could repair my bike for a few dollars. He replaced the tire, of course and some brake parts that were broken. He managed to fix the wheel and make it round again. After 3 days in the repair shop, my bicycle looked like my bike all over again. After the repair, it was a little more expensive than I thought when he told me it was easy. Nonetheless, it was worthy because I really appreciate riding my bike.

Always confirm the price before assign the repair. Some shops would increase the price of repairs. Also, sometimes it's a lot cheaper to use components not so known but also in good shape.
