You have to buy the songs you want for different people. You can pick different songs for each person. Those songs are $1.99 each. There are so many different types of songs to pick from. This plan also includes unlimited text messages. All types of messages are included. These messages are text, picture and video. This unlimited messages for family fee is $19.95. That price is included in the $135.00.

This service is ok. Some places get no reception. Some customer service representatives don't know as much as others. However, the people who do know more are quite helpful. I was really close to running out of minutes during one billing cycle. I had more important calls to make. However the minutes used over is $.40 a minute. I called to see what other minute plans were available. I was really disappointed to find out that they did not offer minute plans with a lot more minutes for families. The representative knew I was upset about the lack of better minute plans. So she told me that if I just need some extra minutes for this billing cycle, they could give me 250 minutes. Those minutes were free. I was also told if I really needed extra minutes another month, to call back.

If you talk with customer service, make sure you have them verify all of your information before any changes are made. They can't stop an order right after they submit it. Also make sure you get reception in the place where you plan on using it the most. If you need extra minutes once in awhile, call them and ask for free bonus minutes.
