Description of service

Five cell phones, listed on one plan with nationwide coverage. These phones have unlimited phone to phone coverage and are used by all members of my family at work and at home. I was charged for each phone on the plan, after the first one. These charges stemmed from phone lines to extending the non-chargeable times for the service.

Review of Service

Overall, the service has been really good. With the nationwide coverage plans my family was able to get rid of long distance on our home line because our cell phones carry the long distance without any further cost. The service has been great, I have only traveled to a few locations which prohibitted me from getting really good reception. This was normally due to too many other things in the immediate vicinity, but as soon as I got out of the congested area things started working again. The service works whether I am in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota or New Mexico or any place in between. I was even able to receive calls when I was next to the Canadian Border. Overall It kept my business going when I was away from home.

Tips

Ensure that your cell phone provider has a sufficient network to cover the areas that you are working or planning to work in during the next year or so. Coverage along major routes is great if you aren't planning to leave the major routes, but if you like to explore make sure that your cell phone doesn't go exploring new towers and cost you a bundle.
