Description of service
I am on a shared phone plan. Everything is great and dandy until this particular cel phone service likes to sneak in added games into the service or text messaging that wasn't used.
I am paying more for this sneaky behavior then my own plan. I recently got my phone bill and I was charge for $2 worth of text messaging and a added game I never had on my plan and neither did my friend who shares the line. I have been doubled charged by this company and when I need help with questions...customer service is NEVER available! (Am I calling at the wrong hours?). I get ALOT of dropped calls! I live in mountains and I think that's VERY important to have more areas where your friends, family and work clients can hear you.
Regardless I am ready to hang my hat on the 2-year agreement and cancel and go to another provider
Review of Service
HORRIBLE. I have had more dropped calls then I can count. People can't hear me when talking to them, they sneaky pricing, the added fees and added in features I didn't ask for doesn't help either. So much for "raising the bar"
NOW, this service is charging ahead of time. More like a month ahead.
Tips
Shop around for cel phone services. I got pulled in by the phone they offered more then the services. PLEASE don't go for the flashy phone. Its more costly then the service! I think I'm ready to go to someone more reliable!
