Description of service
This service is for dry cleaning service in my local area, for one button up XL size shirt. The cost, per shirt, is $5.00. They will clean and press the shirt and have it ready in about an hour. I usually drop off several items in the morning and pick them up on my way home from work.
Review of Service
The people at the dry cleaning place are really nice. They take care of my clothing as if it were their own. I am also offered a delivery service, but i'd much rather go and pick my clothing up myself. Out of the seven years I have been going to this place, they have only messed up once. They burnt a white shirt of mine, but were very apologetic. Not only did they offer to replace the shirt, they went to the store themselves and bought an identical shirt and had it pressed and ready for me the next day.
Tips
I know I pay more than most people, $5 for one shirt is a bit much, but I also pay for a certain level of service. I get great customer care. I consider the people at my dry cleaners my friends and that is key to finding a great dry cleaner.
