On what seemded to be the coldest day of the year, my heater decided to go on the blink. I called several places before I was able to find a repair service that had time to come out, most were telling me the soonest they could get there would be a week. Finally, I had found some one that was available to come out, as a matter of fact they were able to show up the next day. This particular company charged for estimates unless you opted for repair.

It turned out to be my heating element. They were able to figure this out very quickly, and the part was relatively inexpensive, so I decided to have them repair the problem. They actually had my heat working again in less than one hours time. I was very thankful too. These guys were very prompt, curtious, and thorough.
Tips
Whenever you are calling a repair tech, you should always have the brand and model available when calling, this will help them to send someone out that is knowledgable of your particular problem. It is always a good idea to call around in order to get the best price. You should also make sure that the warranty has expired before you call someone to repair it for you.
