Description of service
I attended a junior college in Boston, MA the total cost for tuition was approximately $1950. This included 4 courses with fees, books, materials and parking. I did not have to pay for student health insurance.
Review of Service
I was very satisfied with the education I received for the low cost I paid. My professors were both knowledgeable and helpful. They treated us as adults and made us responsible for our own education. The coursework was definitely college level coursework and the colleges policies I thought were fair for a junior college. I was also allowed free access to the library, computer rooms, and gym. And the college provided us with tutors and advisers to help us along the way. Finally the best part was that all of the courses that I took for college credit are transferable into many four year colleges and universities.
Tips
I would definitely say to anyone interested in attending a junior college to research majors and find out exactly what it is you want to study this way you don't waste anytime taking a bunch of different classes. Also there are many junior colleges that offer many different resources to different types of students I would research each college to see if they have anything special that would be helpful to me.
