The kids haircut was $12. This included styling and wash as well as having a facial towel. There were no gratuities involved as the cost covered all of the activities involving the haircut.

Overall the service was great, the barber listened to what we wanted but allowed the child to partially determine how long the hair was going to be left. They styled the hair in such a way that it was well groomed and prevented it from requiring a whole lot of maintenance. They then washed his hair so that he wouldn't have trimmings all over his shirt, bugging him for the rest of the day. The barber then trimmed his neck with a straight razor to insure that it was a good clean cut. He didn't get a back massage like the adult cuts get, but he did get a steam towel on his face (which made him feel really good and grown up). It did take a long time to get him into the barber chair (about 45 minutes) as there were several others waiting to get a haircut.

I wish I had known how long the actual wait was going to be in advance. The wait was good, and the service was excellent, really knowing in advance how the son was going to get his hair cut before having to sit down and make the final decision would have been helpful.
