Description of service
This is the price I paid to have a leather sandal repaired. The sandals cost about seventy-five dollars originally, and I did not want to just throw them away when part of the leather broke. The cost included all fees associated with repairing the broken piece of leather except for tax. The repair job took about two days to complete. The shoe repair shop I go to always asks you to bring both shoes in so that they can also be cleaned. They do this free of charge when you have a repair done at their shop.
Review of Service
The shoe repair shop I go to is great. They are very efficient, helpful, and always do an amazing job. When I picked the pair of sandals up, they looked like they were brand new. I could not tell where the previous break in the leather had been. My husband and I hardly ever throw away shoes anymore; we just have them repaired.
Tips
Ask friends and family if they know of a reputable shoe reapir shop in your area. Also, bring in both shoes even if only one needs to be repaired because most cobblers will clean your shoes free of charge if you are having one repaired.
