My new puppy chewed the back strap of my new $115 sandals. Needless to say I was really upset! My tips are to make sure you get all your options for repairing your shoes. There may be more than one way to fix your problem and some options are less expensive than others. I called a few places and only one was willing to do anything other than "Oh you'll need to pay a lot to get a new back strap."
