Nice to be lazy and not go to store sometimes  more... close row

Description of service

So I decided with a local grocery store that I usually shop at that I really wanted to be lazy and try out the grocery store's delivery service. Living in a big city, it sometimes gets a little crowded for comfort, and this really made the whole thing a lot quicker and comfortable. They delivered directly to my home and I was able to pay with a credit card.

Review of Service

The delivery was actually quicker than I expected and pretty convenient. The deliverer was very friendly and professional and brought everything into my kitchen. I guess I expected them to leave it on the porch or something, but they didn't. I found that I was able to choose everything I was able to order everything I needed, including meat and dairy, which some other grocery delivery services don't offer, which was pretty nice. Overall, it was a nice convenient way to buy groceries, but I wouldn't do it all the time. I am pretty frugal when it comes to grocery shopping like most people, so I think it is good to get into the store and check out prices as well.

Tips

Go with somebody that can get you everything you need and don't spend too much on the delivery, but tip the deliverer if they accept it and deserve it. You generally are not obligated though.
