Description of service
The class was for learning theater performance and an acting class. The basic idea was to get you interested to take lengthier courses in the summer. This particular course was for acting and lasted one week. It included two and a half hours every evening Monday through Friday, with a small performance at the end of the class on Friday. The fee for the class was $99 and the class was held at a community college where parking was free.
Review of Service
This class was extremely helpful, but was only for a week. The idea was to get you to sign up for summer programs. Almost everyone in the week long class did sign up for summer programs. I, unfortunately, did not, because I cannot afford a month of acting lessons. If I could afford them, I would have and I will definitely consider this for next year. The class had a memorizing homework. This made it possible to move through the class a little faster each night. I thought the $99 fee was a very fair and reasonable price. There were no extra charges, including parking was free. Costumes were provided for the performance by the class.
Tips
This class is an excellent class to express yourself in. If you are shy, I do not recommend this class. If you are a little on the dramatic side, this class is a lot of fun. You learn about stage direction, cues, costumes, make-up, expressions, etc.
