Description of service
I ordered groceries online to try out the service. I thought it would be more convenient than going to the store. I was able to browse all the different aisles and select products and quantities very easily from a list. I was able to checkout and pay online and pick a delivery time and date. The cost of the delivery was $10, and I was able to take advantage of all of the same savings and deals that were available in the store. I thought this was a good value because they delivered the groceries to my door and saved me a trip to the store.
Review of Service
My groceries were delivered promptly. The delivery person actually brought all of the groceries into my kitchen for me so all I had to do was put them away. They double checked my grocery list to make sure everything was there. I had ordered some gatorade and by mistake they brought me a 12 pack of coke instead. They let me keep the coke no charge and refunded me for the gatorade. I was very happy with this level of dedication to customer satisfaction. I would definitely use this service again in the future because I thought it was a great value for the price paid.
Tips
Choose a grocery store you are familiar with. Order early in the week because it maximizes the availability of the drivers to come when it is convenient for you.
